Mangatur Saragih, SH.,MH. (Mr) is the founder-managing partner. Born in Medan, 1973, Mr. Saragih. Former Head of Legal Affairs at UPH and Secretary of the Master of Laws Study Program at UPH.

 

Mr. Saragih is one of the lawyers and legal consultants who has experienced in providing legal advice and handling legal cases from local and multinational companies, especially in the area of foreign investment law, banking, companies, mining, petroleum, commerce, entertainment & musical law, corporate litigation, mergers & acquisitions (M & A), liquidations, and intellectual property.

 

Mr. Saragih has experienced in handling cases of local companies dealing with multinational companies and vice versa in the field of civil, criminal and intellectual property, supported by a team of lawyers and legal consultants who are experienced and trusted in their respective fields.

 

Mr. Saragih is also known as a lecturer and speaker in the field of law in various renowned universities in Indonesia and is also active in writing legal papers in accredited legal journals in Indonesia.

 

Mr. Saragih graduated from the law faculty of Padjadjaran University in 1998 and graduated and obtained a Masters of Law in business law from the University of Indonesia in 2003.

 

Mr. Saragih is registered as an advocate and a member of the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI) and a member of an Intellectual Property Law Consultant registered with the Indonesian Intellectual Property Consultant Association (AKHKI). He speaks Bahasa Indonesia and English.

 

 

Nugraha Abdul Kadir, SH., MH. (Mr) is the Partner of the firm. Born in Jakarta, 1958, he obtained his bachelor degree in law from Indonesia University in 1988 and his Master of Business Law from University of Indonesia in 2002, Mr Kadir has ever been worked at Remy Darus Law Firm as Senior laywer in Litigation Division. He has experiences to handle many companies.He has Advocate Licence since the year 1994, Curator Licence, Administrator Bankrupt Licence since the year 2006 and He has Intellectual Property Consultant Licence since the year 2010. His specializing in Bankrupt, Intellectual Property, Banking, Entertainment, Civil, Environmental, and Litigation Law.

 

He speaks Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Naek Simbolon, SH., LLM (Mr) is the partner of the firm born in North Sumatra, 1945. Educated at the University of Satyawacana and his Master Degree from Leiden University, Netherland Mr. Simbolon Specializing in Tax and Management. He has experienced to handle many cases about Tax in local and oversea. He also former Chief of Taxation Office in Jakarta Selatan. He speaks Bahasa Indonesia, English, and Dutch.

 

 

Dr. Immi Ira MS, ST., SH., MH. (Mrs) is the Senior associate of the firm, born in Medan, 1979 and obtained her bachelor degree in law from the 17 Agustus University 2008, Her Master Degree from University of Indonesia in 2011, and she obtained a doctorate in law in tax law from Pelita Harapan University in 2019. She has experiences to handle many cases related to the Banking & Finance, Tax law, International Trading law in Asia area, corporate, and contract law.

 

Mrs. Immi is registered as an advocate and a member of the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI) and a member of an Intellectual Property Law Consultant registered with the Indonesian Intellectual Property Consultant Association (AKHKI).
